An identity card will be issued to every student admitted to the college. This card is to be carried by a student at all times in the college campus and shall have to be produced on demand by any member of the college staff any where in the college premises.

The loss of identity card shall be reported immediately to the college authority. The new identity card shall not be ordinarily issued. However, after proper verification a duplicate card may be issued against the payment of Rs. 100/-.

Identity card must be returned at the end of academic session, failing which an amount of Rs. 200/- shall be charged.

• Regularity and punctuality are the watch words for the institution.
• Minimum 75% attendance is required to appear in the examination.
• Unauthorized leave will be considered absent.
• During the training period in the college, the students are expected to evince a high sense of discipline and good behavior.
• The student shall neither take part in any political activity nor shall they indulge in any antisocial activity.
• No student of the college shall accept or retain full time or part time job during the period of his/her study in the college.
• Students resorting the unfair means in any examination are liable to be issued a bad character certificate

Every trainee in the Trikuta College of Physical Education will have to wear uniform. The uniform will be prescribed by the college.
